Fast and easy, they basically want to see if your willing to Cary more than 30 pounds and your ok with getting wet and dirty. after that they basically hire you on the spot and ask for you to come in for an orientation

The Cheesecake factory called me in for an interview on a Wednesday at 3 o'clock. I applied online 2 weeks before the actual interview. I saw the initial listing online and several others.
went great, asked about my previous experiences if i had any in the restaurant business. Was smooth and fast. Overall not too bad as far as interviews go. Would recommend interviewing and giving this place shot

Interviewed with the head chef, and he was absolutely amazing. Questions were to the point, and minimally-invasive. Was scared I wasn't gonna get it, because this is my first job, but I got my offer email just a few hours later.
