Pretty standard. They were only looking for local candidates. They were not interested in people trying make a career change. Questioned my education, and asked why I would want to work in the mid-level position because I have an advanced degree. Couldn't get the past the fact that I wanted to change my path.

The interview process was very unprofessional. The recruiter was great but the top management is not organized. Confused about job and responsibilities ask the same questions over and over on the phone and in person. Some are too new to the job; what I observed was the culture is not what they said. The person giving me a tour stated that offices are locked and you need a pass because employees tried to poison management???? No open door policy! Went it two times 6 hours total.
