You take a personality test. After that you sit down with a manager for an interview. Honestly they were so understaffed the hired everyone immediately. I never finished my personality test. If you are applying to this location go in person first. Then apply online. They might not make you do all the paperwork in the end.

Short and immediately hired. I will say they hire based mainly on recommendations from other employees. But the interview was good and I was explained everything that would be needed from me (licenses, food cards, etc) and they love open availability on the weekends.

The interviewer was nice, and the interview was fairly straightforward. Not too many questions were asked. The environment was nice, and the workers seemed happy to be there. Really great experience.
informal chat, getting to know you, one round. I would say that it is more about knowing your personality but of course you are also tested practically too. For instance, can you work under pressure, can you work well with other people - the stuff that shows your personality more so than grades.
