The interview process was easy and definitely worth it. I actually had two interviews, one with a regular manager and then one with the GM. Asked about gap in resume.

The interview was at one of the hotels in Kyrgyzstan. There were twi steps for interview. But first of all they started with presentation about the companies. There were more companies than one; companies like: IHOP, Texas Roadhouse, etc.
After the presentation they started the first step of interview.
Applicants who passed the first step were going to the next step.
I passed the first step and went to the second step.
Good and brief. The interview lasted a couple of minutes it went well but there was no response to whether I got a job or not. The manager was very nice

Entrevista
You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.
