Very simple and to the point. Applied online and received a phone call the next day. Went into interview within two days. Was offered job on the spot after a brief interview. Questions were very typical. Do you have experience? Are you outgoing and able to interact with guests? Can you uphold the level of service that is expected from The Cheesecake Factory?
I had three interviews back to back. Easy process, asked about knowledge of position. I interviewed for a restaurant that was opening, so no existing team in place yet. They were doing the initial staffing of the restaurant.

Their interview process was in depth. They ask alot of personal questions, to get to know your personality. They spent alot of time getting to know about me, which I think is great. They only want the best to represent their company. People who are driven and passionate about serving the public. Overall, this is one of the best companies I've worked for. The training is Intense but it prepares you for their past pace restaurant
