I had two Skype Interviews, one with two managers, the other one with an Associate Director. The two managers were very friendly and had a pretty structure format of alternating between questions for me. They explained their roles and a little bit more about the position and always checked to see if I had any unanswered questions about the company and/or the specific job. I felt pretty comfortable throughout the interview and made sure to ask questions. I would say the entire Skype interview lasted about 45 minutes overall. I was then scheduled for another interview with the Assc. Director. That interview lasted 15 minutes at the most and surely I got an offer a week later.

There were three rounds of interviews with senior members of the accounting team. The interview consisted of questions related to the past experience, some soft skills and technical knowledge. The interviewers presented the company favorably with a lot of learning and growth opportunities.

The hiring manager has 2 pages of interview questions and it lasted almost 2 hours. She listens to your experience and pick some questions to ask while you’re answering. She is very straightforward and trying to make sure you have the best knowledge of high school system in the US, student services, tutors management, database , and other administrative skills you have to be able to get used to a high paced work environment.

Entrevista
Interview was the worst I've ever encountered. Long list of scripted questions translated from Chinese. I was asked about parents yelling at me, working weekends, my feelings regarding repetitive tasks. Then the interviewer proceeded to lecture me about how she works every day. It was the type of interview I would organize if I were intentionally trying to push someone away. I'll never forget the experience.
