Walked in and sat with interviewer (Supervisor of agency), spoke about previous work experience and qualifications. Interview barely consisted of questions, mainly previous background work and how it relates to the role of a care coordinator. Interviewer spent most of the time explaining the expectations of the job, and explaining that management will offer proper training and care of Care Coordinators, although they're seeking someone who is "very independent".
