A few years ago when I had my interview it was more conversational versus questions. Made me feel welcome and got to know the employer better overall. I think it was rather easy overall.

I am usually very nervous during interviews. I was very surprised by the interview here. The ask only a few questions and the interview is pretty relaxed. They mostly just want to get to know you.

Entrevista
It took some time to get a reply back, but Marnie called me to schedule an in-person interview. She is the sweetest person I have ever met. During the interview I felt so comfortable and welcomed. I was there for more then an hour, I met other employees too, whose team I would be working on. There was not much they asked, but gave me a lot of information on the company culture, how I can grow within the organization and my role. Everything I needed to know.
