First, emails were exchanged and a Zoom time with the HR recruiter was set. The interview took place and the offer was sent shortly. There were also assignments to complete and submit as well before the Zoom interview,

Entrevista
It's a virtual internship where you complete a questionnaire that assesses your understanding of The Borgen Project and ascertains why you want to work for them. Then there is a virtual interview (via Zoom) where the interviewer asks you about your experience, whether or not you believe you would be a great fit and why, and why you want to work for The Borgen Project. If they want to bring you on-board, they'll extend the offer to you and ask you to choose your starting month.
