The process took a while, but it wasn't very strenuous. I applied online and a week or so later received an email notifying me that I would move up in the application process. The next thing I had to do was take an "open book" quiz. It was pretty simple- only had to look at the website for the answers. After I passed the quiz, I was contacted to do an interview. The interview was very short and the questions were straightforward. They were over the basics of the organization and how you can contribute.
