It was a straight forward and fairly easy interview process, the essence of it is to is to get to know you as an individual. Ensure you come dressed showing your personality.

I was invited to interview but ambushed with a group interview of 20 people. We had to split into groups and decide who we would kill out of a range of people. They watched us through a two way mirror. It was insane.

Who would you kill out of a child who would grow up to cure cancer or a parent of three? AND SO ON
Had a phone interview which didn't last long. Asked me about availability, experience, about myself, ect. Was fixed term position but was made obvious that they wanted a long term team member. Didn't hear back until 3 weeks later to be told that I didn't get the job.
