I met one of the PM's at a career fair where he later gave my resume to the office. I was interviewed by the CTO and President, who seemed a bit disinterested at first, but after working with them, that just seemed to be their personality. I was offered a drink and was sat in the main conference room. They asked me about my safety work and how that is important to me. They were very easy to talk to and only asked three total questions from memory.
