I was recruited by the hiring manager. My interview process consisted of 2 rounds. First round with the hiring manager who explained the position, why they were looking to replace the current employee, and an overview on the company. I provided my experiences and by the end of the interview, I was given ‘homework’ for the following interview.
The second interview was with the hiring manager and another colleague. More information on the company, and review of my homework questions. After the 2nd interview, I was told a final interview would be needed with the CEO. However, I never received any further update or response.
Overall, unprofessional experience and time consuming process.
Interviewed via phone twice, interviewed in person three times. Very lengthy 4 month process. Interviews themselves were quite casually with exception of HR interview which was very behavioral. Spent a lot of time waiting for next step in process.
