I ended up pulling out of the process because I received two job offers that I had to make a decision on. I really appreciated the diligent work that Michael and his team did to try to expedite my interview process and bring me on site. Before making the decision to withdraw, the hiring manager was kind enough to take some time out of her day so I could learn more in depth about the role, career growth, and opportunities. She was candid with an infectious enthusiasm that is hard to find I ended up withdrawing because the offers I had on the table were for a more senior role with leadership opportunities. I really love what the company is doing and loved how genuinely friendly everybody was. For those looking to apply, I highly recommend doing it. They are expanding rapidly and there is a chance to take on a lot of new channels.
