The first interview was a group interview where they explained the position and asked 3 questions to everyone, 1. Where are you located? 2. What attracted you to the position? 3. What experience do you have that relates to the position? The 2nd interview you do a script read, receive coaching and implement the feedback to your 2nd read. I got invited to the third interview and the CEO was a no-show not just once, but twice to the interview. I was finally able to catch him the third time and of course he was late and very unprofessional. The last interview was short, he barely asked any questions, and called me a dumba**. I did not get the offer but after how the CEO handles interviews and potential employees I can only imagine how toxic the actual work environment is. I definitely feel like I dodged a bullet with this company and would not recommend this position to anyone unless you enjoy being disrespected, cussed at and having your time wasted.
