Got a pre-screening phone interview with an HR person. She wasn't particularly nice or interested in me as a potential colleague. The interview was rushed. It felt like I was supposed to answer the questions very quickly, no time to think. No emotion whatsoever. Almost mechanical voice reading questions from paper. I understand there are dozens of candidates, but a little human touch would be much appreciated. Never heard back from them after the interview.
