Super nice at first, had me come in and interview and seemed to be very interested. They followed up IMMEDIATELY asking if I was interested and wanted me to come in for another interview. I then told them what I wanted for my salary they just never responded. I followed up twice, no response. I even contacted them MONTHS later once I saw another job posting from them, re-introducing myself, and no response. Completely unprofessional. I understand if their budget couldn't afford my salary, but to be super interested in a candidate and then when I share my desired salary, ghost? Come on.
