Ok process. Technical rounds with the HOD. U need to know your subject and they ask about your publications. Process was easy. I applied online and based on CV had an interview call.

applied online. got an interview call. a panel of experts conducted the interview. a series of technical question regarding the specialization followed by technical presentation. my specialization was in thermal, so i was asked questions on this topic. questions were basic and were aimed at testing fundamentals. one of the questions was on thermodynamics.
