All on Teams. First screen with Talent Partner. Second Teams interview was with team member. Third Teams interview was with line manager and team member. Third interview was 60 minutes of CBI - 30 minute scenario. CBI interview was very unimpressive. Interview questions were three questions lumped together. It made it hard to focus on what you were being asked. As a candidate experience, it wasn't appealing at all. Received an automated email afterwards from no one in particular just the Talent Team? saying unsuccessful. After giving up two hours of interview time plus interview preparation, I expected a detailed conversation post process.
