Phone interview with Finance Director, which lasted approx. 30 minutes In person interview with the following (lasted about 3.5 hours): Finance Director - just really to meet in person and go over the business Finance Manager and one of her employees - asked about resume, got to know me better, talked about the position itself Vice President of Finance - not really an interview, more of a tour and get to know you type of thing Human Resources - asked some behavioral questions, nothing too serious
