Very quick and easy. Presented resume and met hiring manager at a college job fair, then scheduled interview for the next day. Interview was Easy mainly just questions about my experience. I felt like I was a good candidate with feedback from the hiring manager. After the interview I received a verbal offer for internship. I was given three weeks to decide. Since I had multiple offers at the same time from a job fair I asked if I could tour the facilities. This was to help me make my decision on what was a better fit, also it was only an hour and a half away. They were happy to show me around and I felt like it was a good opportunity to network and meet your potential managers before I accepted the offer.
