I first spoke with then recruiter, then with the head of department, then the person who would be my specific supervisor. The whole thing took 2 to 3 weeks before offer
The interview process was informal and friendly. I met the direct supervisor, director and team members. I was required to go in person to meet the team and to speak directly with them.
