There were two rounds of interviews. I got an interview through an on campus career fair and the first interview was one on one with just basic behavioral questions. It then took about a week to get moved on to the second interview which was pre-recorded answers through a webcam and you submit your answers. This was through a special program where they had an employee ask a question through a pre-recorded video and then you have about 30 seconds to prepare and a minute to answer the question.

The interview was intensed, i wasnt prepare much, the interviewer keep on asking the same question because he is not satisfied with my answer. So make sure you guys stated clearly your answer and confidence in whatever you potray!

Set up interview through campus recruiting. Attended prenight recruiting event and then a half hour interview. Tye pre recruiting night featured several former interns and the two interviewers providing a crucial networking opportunity. Interview was mostly behavioral, with one basic technical question pertaining to accounting. Was overall a straight forward and easy process.
