Began with a virtual interview, delivering web-cam recorded responses to prerecorded questions. Following that, I had a phone conference interview with three people from HR. These were all behavioral questions and I felt like it went very well. About a week later I received a rejection e-mail with no explanation or hint as to what the issue was.
