Had a phone interview. He was nice and asked a mix of behavioral and background questions. It took under an hour max. I was a sophomore, and he admitted that they were only looking for juniors at the end of the interview.

Tell me about a project you worked on where you had to overcome a difficult situation.
The interview was done through HireVue. It consists of 5 video recorded interviews, 4 written responses, and 3 multiple choice questions. The time limit can be seen, usually only 2 minutes to respond and 1 minute to prepare. The entire interview is only a single attempt
