The process started with an alumnus coming to my college to talk about the different rotation programs at Texas Instruments. Unfortunately, there is not a recruiting effort at my college for TI, but he was able to get my resume to the recruiter for the position. After talking on the phone with the recruiter, I was sent down to Dallas for an on-site interview and had to give a short presentation. Got in on a Wednesday night and met with people who had been in the position for a few months who had good insight into the company as well as the area (Dallas). On the day of the interview, they met us again and gave us a tour of the SC building, it was nice to see a glimpse into everyday life. The actual interviews were effecient and effective taking around 2 hours. I got a call back with the offer in the airport later that day.

3 rounds. The first was behavioral with very simple technical questions -- what's the offset voltage of an ideal op am, setup & hold time, etc. Second was mostly behavioral Third was behavioral with focus on my resume.
