Entrevista
Several steps involved. The first telephone interview with the CEO. He setup an interview with the MD and a Project Manager. Then was the most difficult part where I was to asked to have a series of half-hour meeeting with the key personnel of the company. Starting from training manager to all departmental heads/executive. Then I was sent to the field with a field technician who took me around for half a day. After several days I had a final meeting with the General Manager and made a final offer.
