Met representative from company at a college career fair. Shortly after (approximately 1 week) received a phone call from an HR rep to set up a phone interview. The 1st phone interview was with an HR rep. The interview was very basic. Essentially just go over your past experience and what's on your resume. About 3 to 4 days later I received a phone call for a 2nd phone interview with the hiring manager. The 2nd interview consisted of questions regarding my past experience. Following the phone interview was a face to face interview on site. The on site interview consisted of behavioral type questions. There was an emphasis on working in a team environment and prioritizing works assignments. Problem solving is also very important.

A Phone interview with the recruiting agent. This was followed about a week later by phone interview with hiring manager. This was followed by in-person interview about two weeks later.
