I was informed of the positionl by a staffing agency. On the interview day I spoke directly with the hiring manager who also would be my direct supervisor. We spoke for about 20 min about my background, what the job was about, and if I had any questions. Next, I spoke to the department senior manager, then a senior manager from another department, and last I spoke with the HR manager. The staffing agency notified me that they wanted to make me an offer and I accepted.
