I applied for a job at Teva, not knowing much about them after interviewing with several other pharmaceutical companies. I notices a posting online and did my research and noticed the high level of regard the employees have for their positions, upward mobility and communication with managers. The overall interview process was lengthy, although, after applying on-line the initial interview was set up and scheduled within 1.5 weeks. The overall process took 5 weeks.
I was called back within a week of the first, to discuss their interest in putting me into the second round. The process was odd because the hiring manager explained that their schedules were full with current sales directives, so asked if I had flexibility to stand-by.
Second was about 3 weeks after the first, with 2 people and some very intense questions in comparison to the first. Very professional and skilled managers, it's clear why they are in the roll for the company. My only complaint was the length and lack of feedback on the interviews and where the company was in process with filling the roll, and my rank as a potential candidate

Screen with HR followed by two interviews with hiring manager. Very strange and misdirected interview process. Met for first face to face interview which lasted two hours, contacted next day for second/final interview for later that week. It was another two hour interview with same manager, reviewing the same questions. It seemed as if there were several people fighting over one job and you were expected to beg for it. Questions were odd and felt as if their was already a candidate that they were going to hire and were trying to talk me out of wanting the job.
