First, I had a call with HR, and they were very transparent when discussing compensation and benefits. Then virtually talked to the hiring manager, some technical questions were spread out, but mostly about personal experience. I was then invited to an onsite fairly soon. The on-site interview was an entire day, beginning with a 30-minute presentation that took up a whole 1 hr slot with Q&A spreadout. After that I talked one/two-on-one with a panel of scientists and directors at different levels. The questions were even between experience / technical questions and behavioral questions. They included a free lunch and a lab tour. Overall pretty standard process. I was however told they recently experienced restructuring and the position was put on hold. Will see what happens.
