Applied online, received a phone call, and had an interviewed lined up after a recruiter reached out. The interview was held in person amongst a handful of department leads. Followed up got back within a week.

I started with an informal phone call with one of the Project Managers. I was then invited into the office for a Tour and In-Person Interview. I met with 2 Engineers of my level, then was interviewed for technical competency by two higher level Engineers.
