First stage comprises of Test that includes Technical section, And General subjects section, essay section, and then Technical Assessment including Mechanical and Electrical skills of the candidate, HR Assessment comprising of a case study, and Final Interview with the technical director.
pure technical and needs someone with good knowledge and experience, such as hydraulics and pneumatics, PLC, electrical control, basic mechanical knowledge, and how to install and read circuit diagrams, how to put a forecast plan together
First i had a online interview test, which was hard. it was like a test and you hade time to think about your answers. you could also enter some test questions

The interview process is very long. It consist of an online test and multiple interviews. It took 3 months from the time I applied to the time I got an offer. Co-workers have told me their situations were similar.
