first you are invited to an HR free discussion interview , then if you passed you will be invited to a technical interview withing three weeks where you will be tested for a full day about your mechanical and electrical knowledge , after that if you passed you will be invited to meet the technical director for a personality and production planning test and exercise and finally if you passed you will be invited for the job offer.
pure technical and needs someone with good knowledge and experience, such as hydraulics and pneumatics, PLC, electrical control, basic mechanical knowledge, and how to install and read circuit diagrams, how to put a forecast plan together
First i had a online interview test, which was hard. it was like a test and you hade time to think about your answers. you could also enter some test questions

The interview process is very long. It consist of an online test and multiple interviews. It took 3 months from the time I applied to the time I got an offer. Co-workers have told me their situations were similar.
