I was screened and contacted by the recruitment manager for my CV upon applying for the role via linkedin. I was then called down for a group interview and a second round of interviews after that, all with members of the HR Team. A combo of situational and factual interviewing techniques were used. The interviews were a little tough and there was no feedback provided in the end. I received an offer for an internship a few months later.
