First step in Hirevue (video answers to given Technical and HR related questions). Second step is in person interview with the line manager. Mostly questions were related to experience and CV> Third Step is technical assessment. 1) Mechanical: Assembly of a mechanical part (Float regulator, controls flow of liquid in a chamber through mechanical input). 2) Mechanical: Disassembly and Assembly of a mechanical part with use of basic tools. 3) Electrical: Basic circuit on a electrical simulator (physical) for motor starter through DOL and trouble shooting. 4) Case study: Basic case study regarding production planning.
