The recruitment process was professional and well-structured, consisting of several stages. It began with an initial HR screening, followed by a deep dive into technical skills through a live coding session. I also had a system design architectural interview and a final round with the hiring manager to discuss cultural fit. The communication was clear, and the feedback provided was constructive throughout the entire process.
