The interview process consisted of two rounds, and I had the opportunity to speak with the department's senior managers and the director. They were very generous with their time, providing ample room for me to introduce myself and highlight my strengths. I found them to be exceptionally considerate in their responses to my questions, and they openly shared their vision for the company and its business plans. Overall, the positive atmosphere and the interactions I had led me to believe that the organization and its people are decent and trustworthy.
