Had the first interview with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview. You have to present on a project to the entire panel, followed by 1:1's with individual panel members. Panel members will represent cross-functional team members (finance, quality, program manager etc.)

Interview was quite straightforward and relevant to the role and responsibilities. Lots of interest in pst experience in procurement systems and cross functional stakeholder interaction. The hardest thing about the interview process is that it is extremely long. I was interviewed by Hr (general screening), a peer, a manager reporting in the same group, a group manager, then finally a VP.
