I applied through their website and they sent me an email invitation for a first round interview. It was a 30 min behavioral interview. They asked why Tesla? Why Project Management? Usual questions. Then I heard back from them like a week after for a second round and it was a video call with two Project Managers. They went through my resume and it was very straightforward. They said that for round 3 they would let me know about 3 weeks after. I never heard back from them! It would have been nice to receive a rejection instead of keeping my hopes up for over a month!
