The interview went very easy. They asked 4 questions and informed me that they will call me in the end of the week. I got call the day itself of the interview and I got the job.

Really easy and straightforward - good communication from the company and support along the way. Only one interview and then straight into group training which includes questionnaires about Tesco policies etc.
Informal friendly process. Was put at ease and really enjoyed the process.
Questions were about my own experience both personal and professional which I was able to draw on. Interviewer appeared very interested in what I was saying.
