Filled in a form which was then scored. After a week I was invited for an interview with dept manager which was more of an informal chat. Was told same day I got the job and started that weekend.

Went in and discussed the role and what was expected from me, very formal and quick, over within 30 minutes with a job offer and rota expectations made there and then
Informal friendly informative, no silly questions just facts and driving licence etc. driving assessment once started. Hours flexible discussed at interview as well as option for extra hours. 30 mins job offer immediate

short/brief 10 minute interview with department manager. He asked a couple of situational based questions, asked about previous employment, my availability and then got given job on the spot. Easy enough interview, really informal and around 10 minutes.
