All competency based questions, tell me about a time when... Was formal enough, 2 different managers interviewing and there are 6 questions total. The interview lasts about 30 minutes and I found out that same day that I had got the job so the process is quite quick.

Arrived early, got sat down in the canteen and waited. Wasn't aware there would be more than one person in the interview which really threw me off, and the person I was interviewing with was unfriendly towards me but never mind. Then ushered into a really bright room, asked to fill in an availability form and then our documents were taken off and photocopied. The interview was somewhat informal but I found the interviewer engaged more with the other interviewee and wasn't interested in much of what I had to say, despite me having extensive experience in customer service. After the interview had finished, taken to sign out and that was it.
