Simple process, the online assessment is game based. Then a video interview followed by an assessment centre. Pretty straight forward with a helpful recruitment team. Would recommend heavy revision before the assessment centre as they can be difficult.

During the assessment centre, we had a 1-2-1 interview, a finance technical interview and a group exercise. It's a relaxed atmosphere, but don't forget that you're being assessed... also, prepare questions for grads and people who work there already.
