Technical knowledge was assessed with commercial awareness. - AC - consisted of a presentation and a competency-based interview, an individual exercise, a group discussion and presentation exercise and an aptitude test. The assessment centre was very relaxed throughout the day, some parts were challenging but Tesco were very supportive throughout the whole experience.
