Online assessment was fine i found it easy but i know other applicants who really struggled. After i passed the online assessment had a phone call the next day to come in for a face to face interview. This part was very easy it was a Tesco Express store so the Duty Manager decides the way the interview will go so i imagine it varies from store to store. My interview was very informal and short she had my CV asked me a few general questions then asked when i could start work i got the job offer on the spot.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
