applied online and did the online questionnaire. was contacted after a week that was the closing date to arrange an interview. interview was first a group assessment on building a tower for which this is used to test your skills on using initiatives, communication, team player. after that there was the one on one interview but it was mainly some basic questions and paper work thus your eligibility to work in the UK and all that. was told would be contacted within the next two days but had a call within two hours the very day that i had got the job. It was initially a Christmas temp but two weeks into the job was put on a permanent contract

Group interview after i filled out an application. The interview was a couple of hours with a variety of tasks and introductions to department heads. They asked me when i could work at the end and said ok see you then.

Didn’t have to wait to hear back, was employed on the spot after the interview & set up first shift dates - very efficient.
