Entrevista
Its a 3 stage interview process. The first is some kind of ridiculous challenge involving a person who has access to a picture that nobody can see, he/she describes the scene it without naming specifically what it is (i.e. a lake is a large pool of water), the others all try to draw this by asking closed questions. I believe the drawing is not of importance, your ability to ask insightful questions and to listen well is probably recorded.

The second part is a role play where you may play the part of a CSM who has a troubled customer. How you react to try to mitigate the problem and uphold the values of the company is of interest. In my case it was an angry customer who had travelled a long way to a theme park only to find that it was closed without notice on the website.
