Applied through recruiter. the recruiter conducted the initial phone screening and analysed the entire skill set that was needed for the role. The recruiter even conducted a training session explaining about the employer, the way of interview and about the hiring manager. After this a phone screen was set up with the hiring manager and usually went through my resume and skill sets
There are different rounds, it is clear what they expect in each round. First interview was online, followed by an in person technical interview. They reply within the week about their decision.

I apply using indeed and just after a day I got a message asking me if I am available on the day they said for screening interview. They are approachable and considerable. They ask me lots of questions about my background and profession and the position I am applying for and if I can start already.

Walkthrough of site, panel style interview, no breaks, no lunch, unorganized. No plan for travel to and from hotel. Hotel had to be paid out of pocket. Reimbursed months later.
