30min phone screening followed by a 30min in person interview with one employee and then a second 30min interview with 3 employees. Fairly positive but I wasn't what they were looking for.

I appreciated that I was kept in the loop throughout the duration of the interview process. The HR phone screen and technical interviews with scientists were brief and informative. They asked about my wet lab experience, education and what I'm looking for in my full-time position. From the very beginning to the end, everyone was friendly, professional and made a good impression on me.
